Achievements:

• Build Analytics Dashboard (Reportportal): Analyze legacy test results in real time, give us a high level overview of the tests passed, duration, clustering of defects, where we can start fixing problems with big impact, capability of comparing runs, identify flaky tests
• CI/CD pipeline: Implemented a CI/CD pipeline to automate the deployment process by integrating test script execution with each deployment. This approach ensures that any issues or changes in the code are tracked and addressed promptly, improving overall code quality and deployment efficiency.
• Defect Prevention: Introduced Chrome Beta test execution as part of the defect prevention strategy to ensure that no new issues arise due to browser upgrades.
• Fast Feedback on Automation Tests: Reduced test execution duration by over 75% compared to sequential execution through the implementation of parallel test execution.
• Scripts Reliability: Ensured continuous monitoring and maintenance of a pass percentage exceeding 95% for automated tests, reinforcing the reliability of the test suite.
• Upskilling: Successfully trained approximately 8 team members in test automation, equipping them with the necessary skills and deploying them on live projects to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

I joined Signant Health to continue my journey as a Test Automation Architect in a different and exciting industry/domain.

Here, I am contributing to the automation of web and mobile applications to accelerate the organization’s development and deployment processes. After conducting a thorough analysis, I designed and delivered a customized framework that seamlessly integrates with their existing systems, supporting multiple projects across the organization.

Here I joined the CoE Automation team, where I initially led efforts in automating and managing multiple mobile products simultaneously. Later, I expanded my focus to include API and web application automation based on product requirements.

Within the organization, several products approached the CoE team seeking solutions to introduce automation testing to accelerate their development and deployment cycles.

I served as a key point of contact, taking responsibility for understanding their requirements, conducting analysis, performing POCs, and providing the most suitable solutions based on industry best practices.

As part of my role, I also coached team members, solved work-related challenges, and conducted internal training sessions, primarily focused on automation.

Starting my career as a QA Engineer in testing Mobile applications on all Qualcomm CDMA chipsets and then as a Test Lead.

Here I've learned how to Design, Develops and execute Tests including common and uncommon use cases, how to do performance testing, stress and stability testing, in order to certify the applications is according to the TRUE BREW Testing Standards.
